Shipping 

To ensure your bettas arrives safely, we only ship on MONDAYS & TUESDAYS to prevent fish from being delayed over the weekend. Orders that are placed on Monday or Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday. 

Carefully Packaged for Safe Arrival 

Every betta is carefully prepared for shipment with its safety and comfort in mind. Each fish is shipped in a sturdy box lined with one-inch-thick insulation to help protect it from outside temperature changes. When weather conditions require additional temperature control, an appropriate heat pack or cool pack is added to help maintain a safe environment during transit. We monitor the forecast for both the shipping destination and travel route before selecting the safest packaging method for each order. We ask customers to please check their weather forecast before ordering fish as this can help avoid cancellations on orders. 

Temperature Guide

Local pickup is available in the Fife Washington area at a designated location. If you would like to pick up your betta locally, please email us before placing your orders so we can coordinate a convenient time and provide the pick up details. Pick up is available by appointment only.
